Citizen gas pizza deck ovens are ideal for cooking delicious pizzas and more. The four layers of ceramic stone ensure optimum heat efficiency and heat retention inside the baking chamber. The burner is designed for stable heat production with increased power towards the door compensating any heat loss. The Citizen gas is entirely constructed from stainless steel and enjoys double glass-ceramic doors with athermic handles and best in class insulation properties ensuring a cool to touch oven with ideal working ergonomics. The electromechanical controls are simple and intuitive and allow you to set the temperature functions and adjust the maximum and minimum intensity of the flame. These ovens are stackable up to two cooking modules and can be completed with a base with wheels or with a leavening cell, depending on your needs. The Citizen Gas 6 is distinguished by its 6-pizza capacity.
