Product Description

The Fimar Spiral Mixers are used mostly to produce soft kneaded products such as pizza and bread dough. Some constructive solutions such as lifting of the head and

extractable bowl make it easier for the cleaning operations of the parts directly in contact with the product.

These parts are the pan, spiral hook and pasta cutting rod, all made in stainless steel. The machine structure has a scratch proof painted finish which makes it easier to clean.
