The CDR-1500 dough roller is our most advanced side-operated compact roller and sheeter and its features and construction are designed to provide years of consistent, dependable performance in any foodservice environment.

The Euro 2000S machine replaces manual moulding, in order to gain time.

Rollers - 3.5” (8.89 cm) diameter by 15” (38.10 cm) length

Scrapers - Synthetic, spring-loaded, easily removable

Bearings - Permanently lubricated, sealed ball bearings
