Product Description

• All models of the “R” series are built according to the latest CEE safety regulations

• The cylinder’s setting is operated by means of a wheel which allows for a smooth and micrometric setting without teeth

• The QR (Quick Release) system allows for a quick scraper release and fastening thanks to the front knob. Cleaning scrapers is intuitive and fast

• The table belt tightening is carried out from the front

• Replacing the belt and cleaning the table are very easy operations with the belt releasing system. Tables are also removable

• The belt reversal is operated by two side buttons instead of the traditional bar. This solution is ergonomic and convenient from any position

• The side electric control-board-door allows for a simplified maintenance

• The cylinder’s flour tray includes the safety micro, according to the latest safety regulations

• In the “T” versions there is no need to remove the knives during lamination, the knives can be lifted during this operation

• The legs of :T: models include a useful rack for additional knives

• The flour tray is made of painted stainless steel

• Manual models R65-R65T can be features with the automatic flour duster

• The automatic flour duster option is removable to ease the cleaning and it’s perfectly integrated into the machine profile.

• The semi-automatic reeler is also available as an option on manual model R65.

• Front and rear covers are mode of painted Stainless Steel.
