Performance is excellent due to new electronic operating systems with safe and easy to use controls. Thanks to its natural versatility, Teorema Polis cooks any product evenly, emulating a wide range of cooking standards. You can decide whether to bake in a baking tray or directly on the oven base and, in this case, opt for the base of the cooking chamber in refractory material. Depending on your needs, you can add a range of accessories including an extractor hood, leavening cell, steam generators and bread batch frames to name a few. The Polis comes in two chamber height sizes a 180mm and a 260mm for higher products and is completely modular so it can be stacked up to 4 high in any chamber height combination. The Polis 2/MC18 is distinguished by its 2 tray (600 x 400) capacity and 180mm chamber height.
