The Mibrasa oven and grill combination cooks faster and cleaner than open grills. It also uses 40 percent less charcoal. Easily serve 75 diners. Cook food between 250?C and 350?C for an entire service and minimise wastage by controlling the heat output.
The top heating rack can bring meat to temperature and is perfect for keeping ingredients warm. The naturally heated holding cupboard below can also hold meals between 50?C and 70?C.
The Mibrasa oven comes with a grill, a set of tongs, a poker, an ash shovel and a grill brush. All made of stainless steel.
