The Celle Rotor Wind electric proofers allow you to store the products to be baked in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity to ensure perfect leavening. The proofers are compatible with the racks on the Rotor Wind rotary ovens so that you can move the entire rack into the oven and proceed with baking, with evident savings on time and work. The control panel allows you to set the desired temperature within the chamber (Max temp. 50C) and choose the degree of humidity (Max 90%). ROTOR WIND/CL 2P 4C - 40X60 is suited for the Rotor wind 3 series rotating ovens and is distinguished by its 2-door opening and ability to accommodate 4 x single trolleys.
