To cook, simply place your menu item at one end of the conveyor belt. The FastBake? Technology reduces bake time by up to 30 percent by using air Impingement. Food cooks two to four times faster than conventional ovens. Each deck can produce 63 x 9? pizzas per hour.
Pizzas are baked faster, with a more consistent and even bake. No more burned bottoms, under cooked middles or over-browned tops.
The direct drive motor directly powers the drive roller of the conveyor which is an efficient use of energy. No gearbox is required, reducing parts to fix.
