The cleverly designed display racks can be installed horizontally or at an angle. The PMB50L holds 50 pies and has sliding glass doors on one side and a fixed pane of glass on the other side of the unit. Includes the addition of a baffle tray with steam (1/9 gastronorm) pan in the base of the unit to provide moisture to contents.
