VIKING GREASE TRAP
Application: Commercial food preparation areas (kitchen)
A grease trap slows the flow of hot, greasy water allowing the water to cool. This allows grease to float to the top, solids to settle on the bottom and clean, cool water to flow to the sewer.
The tank must be evacuated and cleaned at regular intervals by an approved liquid waste collection contractor.
