An above ground grease trap from Viking Plastics is designed to comply with local water authority specifications.
All pipe fittings are fully welded for superior seals and fitted with 100mm inlet, outlet and vent plain pipe nozzles.
Viking Plastics above ground grease traps have circular, quick release, air-tight, access covers to prevent the emission of foul odours.
These access covers provide quick and easy access for tank pump-outs and cleaning.
Optional hinged lids can be supplied for an additional cost.
With above ground Paneltim grease traps, there is a choice of:
air-tight circular, quick release screw-in lids supplied as standard,
or Viking Plastics� latest innovation, hinged lids available to purchase as an option.
Hinged lids have gas struts to support the lid in the open position. Two lockable toggle clamps ensure an air-tight seal when closed.
Paneltim is an innovative 50mm thick, dual skin, light weight sandwich panel with an internal cross-rib cell structure that offers sufficient strength and rigidity
As Paneltim tanks are self-supporting, there is no requirement for an external steel support frame.
Paneltim tanks are UV stabilised for long life
