all new items will come with a manufacturers warranty, returns on standard items will incur a 25% restocking fee and no fee is applicable to exchanges; in the event of a custom order; items cannot be returned or exchanged. Used items will come with a 30 day working gaurantee, commencing from the invoice date, with returns and exchanges permitted. The gaurantee does NOT cover glass, lighting and wear and tear, this applies to all used items unless marked as "AS IS, AS TRADED" as traded units are not covered by a warranty or gaurantee.
