Powerful cast iron ?H" burners disperse heat evenly over the large 15 mm thick commercial griddle plate, thick enough to retain heat without taking so long to get to heat up initially. Deeper cooking surface, 585 mm, cooks more products per load.
Burgers, bacon and eggs are cooked with the same heat across the entire plate, with no cooler spots.

The large single door commercial oven can fit a full size gastronorm pan (GN1/1) in either direction, increasing your productivity.
