The 28L single well is made of corrosion resistant AISI 314 stainless steel with a spillage recess, rounded corners and an extended expansion zone for easy cleaning.

The swivel water tap at the rear of the pasta cooker fills the well automatically and is controlled by a solenoid valve. The unit comes with fast filling and top-up options. The in-built safety system prevents it from heating without water.

The steel burner with stabiliser and pilot flames heat the unit. Gas supply is controlled by the safety valve with a thermocouple and automatic electric ignition. The ergonomic feet are adjustable in line with the rest of your Mareno range.

The stylish Mareno Star 70 range is perfect for maximum performance in compact places. With sturdy, robust knobs and attractive, ergonomic handles, chefs find this modular range to be both stylish and practical.
