The B+S Black series Teppanyaki plate is mounted on an open stand with an under shelf, ideal for storing cooking utensils.

The cooking surface comprises a mild steel plate heated by aluminised tubular burners for even heat dispersion.

Each burner is fitted with a flame failure safety device, piezo ignition and a multi-setting gas valve, allowing greater regulation of the flame.

Maintenance is made easy through frontal access to all components.

The Teppanyaki plate is available in three standard sizes, and can be combined with B+S boiling top and char broiler sections in a custom configuration to suit your cuisine style.
