All Austheat electric fryers are supplied with rear castors, lids, drain extensions, baskets, strainers, fish plates, and fish plate lifter. The swing-up ultra-durable stainless steel elements make for easy cleaning, and the lockable 1" drain simplifies oil changes. Adjustable legs and rear castors allow precise positioning on site.
