The oven has a digital display and a simple ON/OFF switch. The cooking temperature knob ranges from 94?C to 160?C and the holding temperature knob ranges from 16?C to 96?C.
There?s no need for water pans, external vents or hoods.
Probes within the oven sense the temperature of the product. Once the food is cooked, the oven automatically converts from cooking mode to holding mode. Otherwise, cook your product to the time you specify. Then the holding cabinet will take over until you?re ready to serve.
