Cook and serve your food when you want to, with that fresh, just cooked quality and taste. This convenient, space saving cook and hold oven is perfect for under the counter. The cabinet holds up to 5 x 65mm depth GN1/1, ready to serve.
The Halo Heat surrounds food with even, radiant heat. No hot elements, fans or added humidity. Your meals stay crisp and succulent, without fear of overcooking, protein shrinkage or drying out.
There is no need for water pans, external vents or hoods.
Probes within the cook and hold oven sense the temperature of the product. Once the food is cooked, the oven automatically converts from cooking mode to holding.
Widen your menu options. The cook and hold oven can turn underutilised cuts of meat into succulent, tender products. One to two days of dry ageing is only one hour in the cook and hold oven.
Conveniently record HACCP data for compliance on a USB. The HCCP data logger automatically tracks food temperature readings, operation mode, date and time.
The Deluxe Control user-friendly touchscreen enables any staff member to cook consistent meals at a touch of a button. Preprogram recipes with pictures and action steps. Recipes can be filtered to streamline your processes.
