The ergonomically designed wheel handle allows you to raise or lower the Parrilla grill effortlessly, to achieve the flavour you?re after. The grill height has a range of 350mm, allowing you to sear, slow cook with a smoky flavour or rest meat while staying warm.
Grease drops through the hot bricks to a grease tray, preventing flare-ups and avoiding burns.
