Constructed from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, this unit features a heavy duty, European-made vitreous enameled trivet with extended fingers to accommodate a range of pot sizes.

There are three burner options available, which can be combined in a custom configuration to suit your operational requirements.

• 31MJ black enameled Italian made burner

• Removable pressed top spillage tray for easy cleaning

• Removable heavy duty 2 piece burner for easy cleaning

• 900mm working height. Lower working height of 780mm to match wok cookers

• Pilot take off and flame failure device are fitted as standard
