DESCRIPTION

The CIME CO-01 is a great coffee machine, perfect for a domestic usage, which has a variety of extraordinary features including a E61 group head, commercial calibre parts, and a copper boiler.

In addition, the entire body is hand-made with stainless steel in Italy.

Available in two different versions using a vibrating or rotary pump. The rotary pump version needs to be connected into the water supply.

You are able to brew a cup of black coffee while at the same time use the steam wand.

The CIME Levetta has a semi-automatic commercial brewing head called E61. It has a thermosiphon system for temperature stability. A computer chip checks and refills the boiler with water as needed. It has a single scale gauge to indicate pressure, as well as steam and hot water jets.
